The Normandale Century Inn, located in the heart of Norfolk County, was built in 1875 by John Dey Post and was originally named the Normandale General Store. Since then it has been owned by various entrepreneurs and remained a general store until 1996 when the current owners, Hans and Brenda, expanded this local store to include an inn and restaurant.

Normandale is a quiet and serene hamlet bordered by Lake Erie, Crown Land, a Reforestation Project and a Wildlife Refuge, our quaint little beach and dock is 500 metres away.

It's an ideal location for cycling, mountain biking, walking, swimming, hiking, cross country skiing, ice fishing, snow mobiling, ziplining, winery tours, bird watching among other activities. We have counted 30 different species of birds at our bird feeders!

All five of our rooms have satellite tv, wireless internet and air conditioning. Four of our rooms have private en suites, one room has a private washroom with bath just outside the room. A nice continental breakfast is included with all room bookings.

Our restaurant serves delicious local country cuisine, features a cozy lounge, a large outdoor patio, a beautiful gazebo overlooking our gardens, barn and bird feeders. We are fully licenced by the LLBO.
